Description
The Heisey Collectors of America, Inc. is pleased to present the 2021 All-Heisey Spring Benefit Auction. Proceeds will benefit the National Heisey Glass Museum. We have a wonderful selection of Heisey glass encompassing all the years of production from 1896 to 1957. Many of the Heisey colors, cuttings and etchings are included. CONDITION CODES The following codes are used to describe any problems/ issues identified by our catalogers with our glass at our auctions. Minor mold marks and straw marks which occur in the manufacturing processes are not called. F or f = Flake R = Repair C = Crack M = Major mold flaw B = Bruise X = Major damage H = Marked with the Diamond H "D" before the lot number indicates the item has been donated to the Auction and the full amount benefits the Museum.
1. All lots are sold in numerical cataloged order. 2. Payment: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards are accepted. 5% buyer's premium. 3. HCA has endeavored to describe all items to the best of their ability; however this is not a warranty. 4. All items are sold as is and where is. HCA has the right to make any corrections at the time of sale and to provide additional information. There will be no opportunity for Inspection. 5. HCA has the right to set opening bids and reject any bid raise not in line with established bid increments. Items are sold without reserve, unless advertised otherwise. 6. All sales are final and all items must be paid for before glass is picked up at the Heisey Museum. Glass must be picked up by April 30, 2021. A moving and storage fee may be assessed for items not picked up by this date. 7. Buyer must have receipt in hand to pick up items. 8. HCA is licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and bonded in favor of the state. 9. Bidding on any item indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Auction.
