This ONLINE estate auction is in progress now. The home is in Lexington and pickup will be at the home in Lexington. High bidders will be given the address. Pickup will be on Wednesday. THE HOME HAS TO BEEN CLEARED OUT ON WEDNESDAY. THERE IS A TIGHT DEADLINE FOR NEW BUYER. There is NO WIGGLE ROOM for pickup OTHER than WEDNESDAY. Home is smoke free. This is an Absolute auction with all bids starting at $2.50. Home is full of unique collectibles and household decor. There is a large selection of jewelry making supplies, including lots of costume jewelry which is being sold in bulk lots in this online auction.
Buyers will be charged a 13% buyers premium until further notice. All buyers are expected to make arrangements to pick up their purchases.
