Property is open to a thorough public inspection and bidders from off-site understand and acknowledge that he/she may not be able to inspect as well as if present in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factors. No deductions will be allowed on any items being exposed to public inspection. Abernathy Auction and Real Estate may attempt to describe the items in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. In no event shall Abernathy Auction and Real Estate be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty on any item. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Payment: There will be a 13% Buyers Premium charged. All sales subject to Indiana sales tax. Buyer waives the right to dispute or deny payment made with credit card. No items will be removed until payed for. Purchaser is responsible for the removal of all purchased items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Any items left will be sold for storage and moving fees. Payment can be made prior to pickup by calling (765)458-5826. Pick-up: All items should be picked up at the scheduled date/time. Buyer should bring packing materials, boxes and help to load their items. Items not picked up within 7 days will become property of Abernathy Auction and Real Estate.
