Stargazer Barn, Humboldt County, Willow Creek. stargazer Barn produces distinctive, handcrafted wines from Humboldt county grapes - and our winemaker is a Humboldt local and alumnus of Humboldt State University. This 2015 lumberjack white is a burgundy style wine made from unoaked, stainless steel fermented Chardonnay. The grapes from this vintage come from the Willow Creek American viticultural area, Humboldt county's only a AVA. Only 50 cases produced.
