This auction has a "SOFT CLOSE", this means that Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional 1 minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO BID. Any Items not removed at the allotted time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by Burke Auction, will be considered forfeited merchandise and will become the possession and property of Burke Auction. * Bidder further agrees not to transact any business on auction premises other than with Auction Company. * All rights, privileges, and powers reserved or granted to auctioneer in these Terms of Sale shall be deemed reserved and granted to auctioneer's employees, advertising representative, and all owners for whom the items are being sold. * Online bidding is a provided service and bidders understand and acknowledge that this service may not function properly. The auction company reserves the right to pause, postpone, or cancel the auction if complications or circumstances out of our control occur. * By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have received, read, and understands and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction.
