Donor: Larry & Donna Ulrich From a photo taken by Larry Ulrich, “Western Rhododendron and Coast Redwoods” Photographic Print was carefully produced with love in UltraChrone ink on Premium Luster Photo paper. The photographic print is mounted on matted museum quality acid-free board, with metal frame. Value: $100 Trinidad-based, Larry and Donna Ulrich have been in the business (and play) of outdoor and nature photography for over 30 years. “We started making a living at photography by selling Larry’s print at the street fairs of San Francisco and Berkeley, and gradually shifted to marketing images as Stock Photography to magazines, calendars and note cards, eventually leaving the darkroom behind. Then book contracts came our way -- over ten books have Larry’s name on them as the photo-illustrator, and hundreds more have his photographs in them.” “Coming full circle around, once again prints are part of our lives. The new and ever-changing technology of computers and printers opened new doors: Larry now combines old darkroom techniques with the new computer capabilities to create fine photographic prints true to his original vision in field.” Larry & Donna Ulrich.

Now more than ever, hundreds of visitors and community members seek out the Trinidad coast as a place to relax, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and enjoy recreating at some of the area’s most iconic beaches including Houda Point, Luffenholtz Beach, Baker Beach and Moonstone Beach.
