Bidding is considered a contract between you as the bidder and the auction house, therefore you need to register and agree to the terms and conditions of the sale in order to bid on items. When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium and sales tax, if applicable for NC residents. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted.
By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree to relinquish any right to credit card charge backs. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights.
Since items are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Statements, conditions, descriptions, accurate weights or measures on or about items in the auction are provided in good faith and are only matters of opinion. The Auctioneers, auction company and Consignor/Seller disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, about the merchantability of the items and their fitness for a particular purpose.
Some items may be sold per piece when designated. The bid price is multiplied by the amount of items in the lot. This is shown using the bid price x quantity. (Example “$10.00 x 4” equals a total bid of $40.00).
There will be a 10% Buyers Premium on all purchases. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110. All purchases will be charged to the credit card you register with at the close of the auction. Sales tax for NC residents will be added unless you provide an exemption certificate (add this to "Notes to the Auctioneer" when you register to bid). Place your MAX bids ahead of time to avoid getting outbid in the final minutes of the auction. We are not responsible for network issues, internet lag or refresh issues on your phone or computer. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes.
