Preview appointments are limited to 15 minutes.
Masks are required for entry.
No food, drink, smoking/vaping, children or pets allowed at auction lot.

(The maximum charge allowed for documentary service fee is $150. Because the selling price is determined by competitive bidding, a $50 documentary service fee is deemed negotiated at time of bidding.)
All sales are final upon award of online bid.
Bidder is required to pay $500 nonrefundable deposit upon winning bid. Upon auction end, this deposit will be charged to your credit card and deducted from the balance due.
Washington State residents, who are not motor vehicle dealers, must pay Washington State 8.9% sales tax plus any applicable title or license fees on the purchase of titled vehicles.
Out of state residents / tax exempt residents must contact the office at 360-647-5370, or by email Info@BellinghamAuction.com, to complete all required documents to be exempt from sales tax.
PAYMENT:
After the auction ends, you will receive an invoice via email.
Full payment must be made by 4:00 pm March 10, 2021.
We accept the following forms of payment:
1. Credit/Debit Card Payments.
2. Cashier's Check/Money Order.
We CANNOT accept cash payments due to COVID-19.
Failure to fulfill payment obligations will affect future bidding privileges and is considered fraud.
TITLE DOCUMENTS:
The registered bidder's name and address will be the name and address on the vehicle title/registration paperwork. Please confirm your bidder information is accurate.
Do not purchase a vehicle for someone else.
The bidder information on the invoice must match the information on the vehicle title/registration paperwork.
Title documents will be prepared prior to removal of vehicle and signed when vehicle is picked up.
We will mail you your license plates and registration within 45 days. The State of Washington will mail you the title.
Estimated title fees are $131.75. If this estimate is too high, you will receive a refund check in the mail with your license plates and registration. If this estimate is too low, you will be required to pay the balance due.
DOCUMENT FEE ON TITLED VEHICLES:

REMOVAL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
All vehicle purchasers must make an appointment for removal.
No purchases may be removed until all purchases are paid for.
Removal dates/times: All vehicles must be removed March 9-10, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are being sold "As Is, Where Is", with all faults and without any warranties. The principal, the auctioneer, the advertising coordinator, and any of their agents make no express or implied warranties of any type. No Implied Warranty Negotiation Statement - Under the law, a vehicle is sold with an implied warranty as to the merchantability and fitness of that vehicle. Online bidder acknowledges, understands and agrees that the seller makes NO warranty whatsoever, expressed or implied respecting the quality, characteristics, performance or condition of the motor vehicle. The price of the vehicle is negotiated by online auction bidding and that bid price is with no warranty. Bidder will pay for any and all costs of repairs on this vehicle, upon taking possession of vehicle.

All information was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to ensure accuracy, the principal, the Bellingham Public Auto Auction, LLC the advertising coordinator and all their agents shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions therein. Any misrepresentation is not deliberate and therefore the Bellingham Public Auto Auction, LLC is not responsible. For example - vehicle is erroneously advertised as having a 4 cylinder engine but actually has a 6 cylinder engine. It is for this reason that we strongly recommend all items be thoroughly inspected by bidder prior to the point of sale.
ONLINE BIDS:
All bids placed are final and non-retractable.
Failure to award bid: Online bidders will not have any claim against the Bellingham Public Auto Auction, LLC for failure to submit bids to the auctioneer or any error on the bidding platform. In some instances, the bidding platform may show an item awarded to an online customer; however, we reserve the right to withdraw a bid awarded in error.
A bid is considered a binding contract.
When placing a bid, you are entering a contract to purchase the item and to deliver payment within the time period specified.
By bidding, you are agreeing to purchase that item for your bid amount, plus any and all fees.
Do not bid on an item, or multiple items, if you cannot pay.
Failure to pay for an item is considered fraud.
MAX BIDS:
When you place a max bid, HiBid's bidding technology will automatically place bids on your behalf, using the smallest increment necessary to ensure you remain the high bidder until your max bid is met.
TIE BIDS:
If you place a bid and receive an email with the word Outbid in the subject line, it means another bidder has placed the same bid before you, or a max bid that is higher than yours, therefore you are not the high bidder.
