Auction Terms & Conditions REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid. WINNING BIDDER: Can pick up the car by March 21st. A $1,000 non-rerfundable deposit will be charged to the winning bidders credit card after the auction closes. The balance to be paid at time of pick up in cash, eransfer, debit, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. NOTE: Payment for the balance by credit card will be subject to an additional 2% buyers premium. Pick up is at the Inglewood Antique Market 16083 Hurontario St. Caledon. PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction. Your credit card will not be charged unless you win. All items are sold in Canadian funds and are subject to a 10% buyer's premium. The MTO will charge the tax according to their guidelines or black book value. We accept Visa and Mastercard for the $1,000 deposit after the auction and cash, debit, etransfer,.Visa, Mastercard or American Express. NOTE: Payment for the balance by credit card will be subject to an additional 2% buyers premium. If car is not paid in full by the 21st, the deposit will be foreited and the car will be offered to the back bidder.
