Tax will not be applied on applicable items, with qualified exemption form. Pick up is available is available by appointment on items. Auction company is not liable for any damaged, lost or stolen items. All items are sold as-is and Buyers are responsible and encouraged to inspecting thier own items. If buyer is paying with a credit card a transaction fee of 5% will be charged. All sales are final. By bidding on items you have made your inspections and are comfortable with items condition and use. All items will need to picked up or arrangements made by Friday, Febuary 12th 2021 Auction Company not responsible for bidding software black-outs-In case of software going down or internet outages during closing all active bids will be null and void.
