Checkout Date/Time Checkout and pickup will be at the home in Oak Ridge, TN on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 from 1:00 - 6:00 PM. The driveway is long and steep, so furniture and large items must be picked up by appointment. Small items that can be carried down the driveway may be picked up anytime during the posted hours. Address and details for making appointments will be provided in the Settlement Statement to winning bidders.

Auctioneers will not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or the defect in any lot and make no warranty in connection therewith. It is buyer's full responsibility to confirm the accuracy of items offered for sale. Descriptions and photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read descriptions and ask questions if you are unclear. Items will be available for pickup at a designated date and time at the home in Oak Ridge, TN. If you have the final winning bid, you will be sent a settlement agreement by email with your total payment due. Your credit card on file will be charged unless you have made other arrangements in advance. If you are local and want to pay CASH, you must contact us BEFORE the close of the auction that you will be paying by CASH. NO checks will be accepted at any time. Items can not be picked up or shipped until payment is finalized. If payment is not finalized within 1 week of auction closing, then the items will be considered abandoned.
You may pick up item(s) at the home at the designated date & time (see Checkout Date/Time above) OR some items may be shipped. Shipping is outsourced through the company listed below, and all costs will be the buyer's responsibility. The shipping company will contact you by phone for payment and instructions.
