A successful account creation dialogue box will pop up once all fields are filled in. **You have successfully created an account.** You will be required to register and accept the terms and conditions of each auction separately in order to bid on the auction lots. Auction begins closing on Monday., Nov. 30 at 7:00PM WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE NOTIFIED ON TUES Dec. 1 VIA EMAIL. EXPECT A FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL FOR PAYMENT AND PICK-UP SCHEDULING. Online bidding only, with on site pick up at MB Cabinetry & Flooring, 3245 Waccamaw Blvd, Myrtle Beach, . Pick-Up will scheduled from Tues., Dec. 1 13% buyers premium when paying with credit card, 10% when using cash or good check. If paying with a check, please wait until you arrive at the pickup before you fill in the check because the 3% discount is not calculated in. All items must be picked up within 2 Business Days after auction closes from 10am-3pm . If payment has not been made by 3:00pm 2 Business Days after auction closes, your credit card on file will be charged for purchases and any fees at that time. Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. Offenders of these terms, may be banned from our future auctions. All items must be paid and picked up by 2 business days following the Auction at 03:00 PM. If you have not paid by 2 business days following the auction at 03:00 PM, your credit card will be charged a $25.00 restocking fee. Additionally, if the auction is at a location other than our Myrtle Beach, SC facility, items will have to be moved. Charges will be added commensurate with time and labor to move the item(s) to our 3245 Waccamaw Blvd facility in Myrtle Beach, SC and the item will be relisted for sale. Any items not picked up within 30 days after auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without refunds or any other compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases.
