Knock On Texas Wood in conjunction with Williams Auction Service is excited to host this live auction. This auction will be a LIVE, ONSITE auction located in Perrin, Tx. Prior to the start of the LIVE auction at 10AM on Saturday, December 12th, we will be taking online absentee bids. All online absentee bids will end on Friday at 5PM, December 11th. Bids are taken from this site and bid on competitively during the live auction against absentee bids left on site and by people in attendance at our live auction. Leaving absentee bids is a great option for those that will be unable to attend the live auction on Saturday. There will be NO SHIPPING for this auction. In person pick up will take place Saturday after the auction or by scheduled appointment on Sunday afternoon or Monday at the latest. We will notify all absentee bidders if they have won items by sending them an invoice. As a courtesy, we will charge the credit on file with HiBid for all absentee winners that were unable to be at the Live Auction. Concessions will be provided at the live auction.
Auction Terms & Conditions This is a live auction. All Pre Auction Absentee (online) bids will be brought to the LIVE AUCTION. All items sold "as is where is" without warranty expressed or implied. All purchases must be paid for on auction day and prior to removal of items from the premises; we will charge the credit on file with HiBid for all absentee winners that were unable to be at the Live Auction. Items won by absentee winners must be picked up by 3PM on Monday Dec 14th. We will notify all absentee bidders if they have won items by sending them an invoice. Method of payment: cash, local check, cashier's check, wire transfer ($15 fee) or Visa, Master Card, American Express,Discover. A 13% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids paid at checkout. There is a 3% discount for cash for those at the Live Auction. Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is completed and on file with us. SPECIAL NOTE: This auction is NOT an INTERNET ONLY auction, but a place to leave absentee bids for our live auctions.
