Description
Fantastic Kennedale Home Online Auction. This a FANTASTIC home in a gate community. The lady is relocating to another state so we have the privilege of selling her Treasures. She has a beautiful leather couch and Leather recliners. Grandfather clock (it might be a Grandmother Clock due to its size). Coffee Table which opens at the top since it is also a display cabinet. A 3 stack Lawyers Bookcase, and an excellent office chair. He has models of Air Force Jets and Bombers. Waterford, China and stemware. There is also outdoor furniture. Plants and so much more. There are lots of new Women's clothes. Purses are also new. Men's clothes and like new shoes.(Cole Haan new) We have not gotten into the garage yet but there will be tools, tool boxes. It has a full kitchen. There will be more items added to the auction each day. So please check back and see what treasures we have found. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS YOU BID ON. We will hold your money and figure out which items you can get if not paid in full by the beginning of pick up on Friday. The rest of the items will be sold to recoup our cost. NO REFUNDS DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP YOUR PURCHASES ON FRIDAY FROM NOON TILL 4 OR ON SAT FROM 9-2. THERE IS A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM. Auction is for local pickup only. Credit Card will be charged at the end of the auction. We will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction.
We prefer you pick up your items. We will ship some of the smaller items but you need to contact us prior to the sale to see if we can ship it. If we do ship it out, we charge $10.00 per piece and the total cost of supplies and postage. On some of the items you SHOULD get the insurance. That is at your expense. Once it leaves here it is yours. It will be shipped and packed carefullybut we are not responsible for the way shippers treat your package. This is a 2 story house.
