Payment forms accepted are Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. (There is a 3% fee for paying by credit card.) Payments must be made by Friday July 26th at 4:00 pm or your invoice total will be charged including all fees to the credit card you used to register to bid. Everything must be picked up and paid for within times and dates provided. Those who do not pay for their items by the final pick up time listed will have their credit card on file charged for the full amount plus fees. If the credit card on file is declined for any reason bidder will be blocked from bidding on future auction on our site until a $35 reinstatement fee is paid plus any outstanding balance due. This is a local pick up only auction. There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday July 25th from 12:00 pm until 7:00 pm and Friday July 26th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Due to time constraints this is the only pick up day available and all items must be paid for and picked up during this time without exeception as we no longer have access to the property after this time. There will be no Saturday or Sunday pick up at all for this sale. This auction is NOT at our facility in Memphis. If you have not paid for and picked up your items by this time then the credit card you registered with will be used to settle your invoice including all purchases and fees and the items will be considered abandoned. For this auction this will be strictly enforced as we have no access to the facility after this time. If the credit card you have on file fails to process you will be blocked from bidding on further auctions until your account is settled including all fees including a $35 reinstatement fee.
