THIS IS A CUSTOMER RETURN, BUT ITEM IS INTACT, AND BRAND NEW IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. The only issue we could see was a small cosmetic crack in the wood frame, but this would be on the interior of the cage and not visible to the user.
