This is a customer return, tested and all works great. There are 2 issues with this: 1. Left hind leg round caster is chipped, but does not affect this machine in any way. See last pictures of actual chip. 2. Wire to electrical control unit came loose and needs to be reattached (probably soldered), however the control unti is not used to control the machine in any way - it is just for taking time and measurements. YOU ARE BUYING AS IS AND MAY INSPECT THIS AT PICKUP TIME.
