Auction Terms & Conditions BEFORE BIDDING, ALL BIDDERS ARE TO READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CREDIT CARDS ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT FOR ABSENTEE AND ONLINE BIDDERS. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted. When registering for for an absentee/online bid a credit card will be required. Once the credit card information has been provided, Pa Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge any and all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax. If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage and handling fees, will be applied to the same transaction and credit card or at a later date as a second charge. Pa Auction Center has the right to change payment terms at their discretion. As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six-percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Pa Auction Center. Items shipped out of the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. No fee for credit cards. Other costs and fees can include, but are not limited to, handling fees, material costs, per lot fees, shipping and insurance costs, sales tax (if applicable), etc. All costs should be considered and taken into account when determining any and all bids. (Be sure to check your spam folder) IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AND PAYMENT IS NOT MADE WITHIN THREE DAYS (3 DAYS) OF AUCTION DAY THE NON-PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN ITEM(S) BEING FORFEITED BY BIDDER AND EITHER RETURNED TO CONSIGNOR OR RE-SOLD.13% Buyers premium In the event of an internet outage, cloudflare outage or any other type of internet problem that would prevent potential bidders from accessing the online bidding site and/or placing bids in the final minutes of the lot ending will result in the auction either being paused or restarted from the time of the outage forward. In the event the auction would need to be restarted the lots would be resold even if you received an automatic email after the auction stating you won. This is a rare event but if this where to happen this is the way it will be handled so that everyone has the same opportunity to buy the items.
