This is an online only auction and pick up will be in Canton, TX on Sunday Oct 11th from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. ONLY! IF you cannot pick up at this time then please do not bid. The home has been sold and everything must be gone that day. This home is right off I-20 just 2 miles from Canton, TX. off Hwy 19. From I-20 go North on Hwy 19 for 1.9 miles then, turn left on VZC Rd. 3121. Make left on VZC Rd. 3122 then make first right on Private Road 7124. Take first first driveway to left through black iron gate. Address is 385 Private Road 7124 Google Maps will not take you to this home so follow directions above.
