Absentee Bids will be executed against live floor bids to determine the Auction Results. All Items sold AS IS. Items must be Paid for within 3 days of the auction. We accept payment over the phone at 773-465-3300. A 17% Buyer's Premium will be Charged, with a 3% Buyer's Premium Additional Administrative Fee for Credit Cards. 10 1/4% Sales Tax will be Charged, unless a Valid Resale Certificate is Given, or the Item is Shipped out-of-state. No Tax will be Charged on Coins, Stamps, or Currency. Only Easy-to-Ship Items will be Shipped (We decide what is Easy-to-Ship and What is Not). Any other Items Purchased must be either Picked up or Shipped via a Third Party (Like the UPS Store, for example, or UShip or Craters & Freighters). Cash, Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted. Items need to be removed by the Saturday following the auction. Any items not picked up and paid for by the Saturday after the auction will be subject to an additional 5% late fee / storage fee.

Buyer's Premium is 17% if paid by Cash, Established Check, Cashier's Check or Debit Card. Buyer's Premium is 20% if paid by Credit Card (3% Administrative Fee). Accepted Credit Cards are Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express. All Purchases (Hammer price, plus Buyer's Premium) are Subject to State & Local Sales Tax (Currently 10 1/4%), unless shipped out of state, or unless it is purchased for Resale, and a Valid Resale Sales Tax Certificate is given. The Certificate must be in Good Standing with the state from which it was issued.
It is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for any shipping or transport of items purchased at Direct Auction. Pickup of items is available on auction day and up to 1 week after the auction (We are Open Mon-Sat., 9:30 AM to 5:45 PM). Items must be Picked up or Shipped via a 3rd Party Shipper, unless it is Extremely Easy to Ship, then we will ship it, insure it, and charge you for doing so (Jewelry, Coins, etc. - Our Judgment Call on which items we choose to ship in-house). It is the Buyer's Responsibility to Contract with the 3rd Party Shipper and pay them for Packing, Shipping, and Insurance.
