Bergara's B-14 rifles were inspired by the desire to bring the quality that they are known for in the custom rifle world to production rifles made for all hunters. In the B-14 rifle, you will find a level of craftsmanship that surpasses all of the other production hunting rifles on the market. The B-14 HMR rifle features Bergara's integrated mini-chassis molded into the stock to give the rifle repeatable bedding and accuracy. It also supports a fully free- floated barrel to achieve optimal precision. The Bergara Hunting and Match rifles are built to offer a rifle for both hunters and competition shooters that can perform incredibly in either situation. The stock features an adjustable cheekpiece and length of pull spacers. Built in Spain at Bergara's highly automated and efficient barrel factory, this rifle delivers a level of quality and performance that is unmatched in its price range. The world-renowned Bergara barrel on this long-range precision rifle is complemented by their super-smooth B-14 Action, which is a two-lug system with a sliding plate extractor and a coned bolt nose and breech to ensure smooth feeding and extraction of the cartridge. It's also outfitted with a Bergara curved trigger designed to guarantee a crisp, clean pull every time you fire the rifle. The trigger comes set at about three pounds. It has been factory drilled and tapped to fit Remington 700 style rings and bases. The (#6) Bergara 4140 CrMo steel barrel is finished in matte blue. The muzzle is threaded 5/8-24" and includes a thread protector. A 5-round AICS detachable magazine is standard with the HMR rifle. QD flush cups are included in the stock to allow for easy attachment and detachment of slings. Specifications

The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. It is your responsibility to know and understand the gun laws in your state of residence. Not all items are legal to ship to every state. We will require a copy of your photo ID prior to shipping ammunition in order to prove age. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. There are also new regulations popping up around the country concerning shipping ammunition. We cannot ship ammunition to California. Regulations in other states may impact our drop ship rates to you. We will check with you prior to shipping if the rate is impacted. 18% Buyers Fee on All Purchases 7% Sales Tax for North Dakota residents All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason. SHIPPING FOR FIREARMS Firearms ship at $25 for each gun. For firearms or other controlled items, you will need to provide us with a copy of the Federal Firearms License that you wish us to ship to. By providing this license, you authorize us to ship to that address on your behalf. You will need to contact your local gun shop and have them send a copy of their FFL to beth.ruff@bektel.com. We do not contact gun shops on your behalf. If you have not provided us with an FFL for shipping, storage fees of $2 per day will begin after 30 days unless you have made arrangements with Beth. When using a debit or credit card, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions, including your card holder agreement. SHIPPING FOR ITEMS OTHER THAN FIREARMS Shipping is available to your address on file for a flat rate of $15.95 per auction. The item becomes your property at the point that we charge your credit card for the amount due. The buyer assumes all risk in shipping the item. We cannot control what happens with the item after it leaves our possession and any damage or lost items are between the buyer and the shipper. If you would like to insure your items for an additional charge, please let us know prior to shipping. All Information listed on auction items is based on information from the manufacturer. Our auction software automatically charges your card the morning after the auction closes.
We will email as soon as your items are available for pickup. Some items may be available immediately and some may take about 3 weeks to arrive at the shop if they have to come from one of our warehouse facilities. Shipping across the entire industy has become challenging as inventory is being depleted quickly. The auction center is located at 2908 Morrison Ave, Bismarck ND. If you would like your firearm shipped, please email a copy of the FFL that you would like to use for shipping to Beth Ruff at beth.ruff@bektel.com. Be sure to ask your FFL to note your name in the email.
