It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to inspect every item that they intend to purchase. No returns are accepted! Sales are Final! All payments are to be made 48 hours after the auction has ended. No Exceptions. If item is not picked up by the announced time then your name will be banned from the auction and you will not be allowed to bid again. If item cannot be picked up please do not bid!!! All bids mean you are entering contract with Million Penny Dealz and agree to pay for the item bought on auction. Payment Method: Preferably Cash but we also accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover NO CHECKS!! SALES TAX is 6.75% for this auction and will be charged to all buyers that do not have a Tax Resale Certificate or Sales Tax Exemption Certificate form on file. Resale Dealers: You must bring a properly completed Tax Resale Certificate (01-339) with you. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. No adjustments will be made. Buyers Premium is an additional 10% to final purchase price. All items in this auction are LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY. NO SHIPPING. Bring boxes and dollies, tools and labor to remove large heavy items. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk to the purchaser. Auctioneer or Seller shall not be responsible for goods not removed with-in the time specified. Lots not paid for and/or removed in the time specified, may be resold at public auction. Invoices will me emailed after the auction has been concluded and seller will contact you for appointment pick up. Make sure all your information is correct when registering to bid on this site. Payments are to be made in person at the time of pick up. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any items listed.
