Some Items are very big and heavy and require floor jacks and forklifts to remove from the premises. Please check the item description for loading requirements. A forklift can be made available for a fee. THERE WILL BE NO ONE TO HELP YOU LOAD YOUR ITEMS. If you require a forklift can be made available on Monday for a fee paid to the forklift operator. Some items may require electrical disconnection an electrician must come with you to disconnect electrical items. If Bidding On-Line items must be paid for & picked up within 3 working days. If the items are not paid and Picked up within 3 days your credit card will be charged and the items will be sold at the next auction.
