Auction Method: Online Preview: By Appointment only (Call Amanda 903-238-6185 for appt) Bidding Period: thru ___Sept 27____ - Begin to close at 7pm (Soft Close) Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. Pickup: day after auction closes from 10-4Pm. Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. Titled Vehicles - Cash or Wire Only - No Credit Cards Accepted. Buyers Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee that will be assessed for any credit card that is declined for a purchase. Large Invoices: Auction company, at it's option may elect to charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash or Cashier's Check. Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material.
