Lovely garden home in Garden Ridge, Texas. The auction is for the entire contents of the home to include the Grand Marquis. The auction will run through October 3rd and pickup will be the followng week.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are to be paid for by October 9th. This will be an online only auction. All items are sold as is, where is with all faults. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to the auction terms and are committing to pay and pick-up. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All measurements are shown in inches (unless otherwise specified) Buyer's premium rate will be 15% with a 3% discount for cash. All pickups will be by appointment only. Once you have rcvd your invoice, please call 830-358-7225 to schedule your appt, Oct 6 - 10, from 9 am to 4 pm. We will offer shipping on smaller items only. Please note that there will be a small handling fee for anything that will require shipping. Typically, it will be less than $5 per item. Larger items, or items that will need packing to be moved, will be more. That fee will be applied to anything needing to be taken to our office location for pick-up, as well.
