Auction Terms & Conditions This is an Online Auction Only, we will not have a live auction due to COVID-19. There is a buyers premium of 10% on ALL ITEMS up to a bid amount of $10000 then 2% buyers premium on items sold over $10000 added to the initial 10%. A 10% deposit will be taken off the buyers credit card on file for the total amount of invoice after bidding is closed.Balance must be paid by Cash,Debit,Bank Draft or E-Transfer to jrsauctionhouse@gmail.com HST is added to the purchase price, buyers fee and additional 2% will be added to invoices paid in full by Visa. Invoices will be emailed on the Friday following the sale. Once paid for in full, buyers will receive a paid in full receipt, a bill of sale and the ownership (when ready). Auction bidding opens on September 21/2020 at 9 am and a soft close starts at 10 am on September 25/2020 . All sales are final, everything is selling as is where is. This is an Online Bidding Only auction format. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. If you are the winning bidder on any item at the end of the sale , you have 7 days from the end of the sale date to arrange for full payment and pickup of your item at our location in Port Hope,Ontario.Pick-up is ONLY to begin on the Saturday following the sale (No pick-up will be available on sale day) If any items sold at $100 or less remains on site after the 7 day period then the credit card on file will be charged automatically with a 2% service fee attached to the balance. After 7 days without payment JRS Auctions reserves the right to dispose of any item how we deem fit losing your deposit.
