Lead Arisaka Type 99 7.7mm Rifle
Description
Description Japanese Arisaka Type 99 in 7.7mm with a five round internal magazine capacity and a 25" barrel. Butt plate is missing and has been replaced by a fitted piece of wood typically seen on "Last Ditch" rifles. Stock has a large split in stock, which is commonly seen and done by the imperial army to prevent the stock from snapping under pressure. Receiver is in poor condition with heavy metal oxidation throughout. Barrel is in poor condition with heavy metal oxidation. Barrel bands are in poor condition with heavy wear and metal oxidation. Typical of an Arisaka, this rifle exhibits heavy wear in the wood fore grip and all around. The rifled bore has a light grain to it, otherwise very clean. Must ship to C&R or FFL/Dealer. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Invoices are generally sent within 2 business days of sale date. CT Firearms Auction accepts payment by cash, check, wire transfer, and all forms of credit cards. 3% Discount for Check payment. The fastest method of payment is by credit card through our online payment portal. Please note that first time and out-of-state checks require clearance prior to the release of merchandise. Handguns ship for $35, Long Guns for $45 (insurance included *) Special and large Shipping quotes must be obtained at least 48 hours prior to the auction. All items over 10 lbs or 45" OAL may incur oversize shipping charges. Pickup of all winning items is ONLY by appointment during normal business hours. Pickup appointments scheduled through online calendar link in your invoice instructions. Storage beyond 14 days of the auction is not available and all winning items must be removed, shipped or delivered within 14 days of auction date. Any lots that left longer than 14 days may be forfeit unless prior arrangements are made in writing.
