Description
Description Winchester model 61 in .22 long, short, long rifle with a 24" barrel. This standard model 61 is a "Take-Down" rifle meaning this can be taken apart by a screw on the left of receiver for easy transport. Checkered metal butt plate is in very good condition with sharp clean checkering. Hardwood stock has small scratches , scuffs and dings throughout, no cracks or large chips. Receiver and trigger have a few scuffs and scratches with light touches of metal oxidation. Serrated fore-grip has small nicks, free of cracks or chips. The barrel has touches of metal oxidation and a small deep contact mark on the top. Magazine tube is free of damage and in excellent condition. Rear adjustable sight has light metal oxidation. Front fixed blade has had the top brass bead broken off. Clean rifled bore and smooth pump action. This pump action rifle is C&R eligible. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Invoices are generally sent within 2 business days of sale date. CT Firearms Auction accepts payment by cash, check, wire transfer, and all forms of credit cards. 3% Discount for Check payment. The fastest method of payment is by credit card through our online payment portal. Please note that first time and out-of-state checks require clearance prior to the release of merchandise. Additionally, high value and restricted items may require additional clearance time regardless of payment method. Some transactions may be subject to mandatory wire transfer payment.
Handguns ship for $35, Long Guns for $45 (insurance included *) Special and large Shipping quotes must be obtained at least 48 hours prior to the auction. All items over 10 lbs or 45" OAL may incur oversize shipping charges. Pickup of all winning items is ONLY by appointment during normal business hours. Pickup appointments scheduled through online calendar link in your invoice instructions. Storage beyond 14 days of the auction is not available and all winning items must be removed, shipped or delivered within 14 days of auction date. Any lots that left longer than 14 days may be forfeit unless prior arrangements are made in writing.
