Auctioneers Terms and Conditions
If you want to bid in this online auction, you must first read these Terms and Conditions. By placing a bid, you agree and acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions along with your rights and responsibilities as a bidder. The terms are binding by all parties. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. All equipment listed will be available for public drive through inspection two weeks prior to auction day June 6th.
Canning Auction Service may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Canning Auction Service be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Canning Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase.

All Internet Bidders shall be registered prior to Auction Start Time, all online platforms give the bidder the capability of actively bidding or set your max bids. Please contact the office at 618-684-2331 and speak to Erin with any issues getting signed up for online bidding. Canning Auction Service is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Canning Auction Service or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Canning Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction, you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Bidding rights are provisional and if identity verification is questionable, Canning Auctions LLC has the right to reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. You agree that all the information you provide during the registration process will be true and accurate. Canning Auctions LLC reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's credentials, mental fitness, etc...
4-PHONE: We are also able to do bidding via phone PRIOR TO AUCTION DAY. Come view the equipment before 5pm on Friday June 5th and leave us the lot #, a starting bid and a maximum bid, an employee will be doing the bidding for you on the day of the Auction. UNFORTUNATLEY DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES we cannot have on site bidders or phone bids during the auction
NOTE: Regardless of the platform that is used to bid online or leaving an absentee bid a 3% Buyers premium will be added to the hammer price.
All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction.
PAYMENT:
ALL BUYERS must make payment in FULL NO LATER THAN 5PM WEDNESDAY JUNE 10th. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, check with proper ID, cashier's check, wire transfer, or credit card. Credit cards will have an additional 3% charge. Please contact the auction company with any other questions and for wire transfer instructions. Due to the specifics of this Auction seller proceeds will be mailed out by Friday June 19th.
PICKUP & LOADING THERE WILL BE NO LOAD OUT ON AUCTION DAY. Loading will be available Monday the 8th through Friday the 12th 9-5 or by appointment the weeks following the Auction at canning auctions Facility 2049 Business Highway 13 Murphysboro. If you cannot make these times please call 618-713-0222 to make arrangements. Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading. We ALWAYS have loaders on site
Titles will be mailed to the buyer no sooner than 10 business days after receipt of payment unless prior arrangements have been made.
Shipping is responsibility of the purchasers
