Vehicle assets must be paid using cash, certified check or wire transfer (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking any items up. Shipping Arrangements must be made through our office. Items not picked up by Monday October 26, 2020 will be considered abandoned, and will be sold for storage. Payment Terms
Payment by the credit card you used to register with is the preferred method. However we do accept cash and local check, if you prefer to pay by these methods please send us a note and we will make those arrangements. Please note that 15% buyers Premium and 7% Indiana Sales tax will apply to all purchases, unless you have a valid ST-105 on file in our office.
Online Auction Pick up and Shipping Terms: Please register a valid mobile phone number with the HiBid.com. We'll send a notification for scheduling a pick up through mobile text. Local Pickup is preferred by appointment only. If we know you are coming we will have your order ready. Click Here to schedule your pickup appointment: burgessauctions.com/scheduling Pick up Is Scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, Please make every effort to pick up during this time. There will be a $25.00 convenience fee to set up a pickup time outside of scheduled pick up. Please note that all items must be picked up within 5 days of the auction end (unless you have made prior arrangements) All Items not picked up within 5 days will be considered abandoned, and sold in the next auction. If you require shipping we use the USPS/FedEx/UPS and we charge a $5.00 materials and handling fee for every package we send out. You will also be charged actual postage costs. The card you used to register with will be charged for shipping. Priority Mail comes with insurance up to $50 without extra cost. With FedEx/UPS, insurance has to be purchased separately from the actual postage cost. If We are conducting auctions at location or on-site there will be no additional pickup times available, so please make arrangements to pick up during scheduled pickup or do not bid. You may be charged a removal fee if you do not pick up from an on-site auction during scheduled pickup.
