WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER THE AUCTION. You will receive an invoice once the auction closes. Payment must be made in person during pickup of your items or by close of business the Wednesday after the auction at 6:00pm if your item needs to be shipped or a different pickup time is needed. All sales are final with all items being sold "As Is Where Is" with no warranty written or implied. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. No refunds or exchanges. Please read the item description thoroughly, exam all pictures, and attend our item previews before placing a bid. By placing a bid, you signify that you have examined the items to your satisfaction, or that you have chosen not to personally examine the item(s). Hickory Hill Auctions reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. In person previews will be done on two different dates during the online auction, as listed in the auction details. All items can be viewed at the Manor House located at 141 NE Range Avenue in downtown Madison, Florida., during scheduled preview times or by appointment. There is a 10% buyers premium on all purchases, which is taxable. If you have a resale tax certificate for the year 2020, please present this to Hickory Hill Auctions and we will not charge you tax. Once the auction closes, you will receive an invoice of your winning bids including buyers premium and sales tax, sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted as form of payment with valid picture ID when you pick up your items. All items will be picked up in downtown Madison, Florida at the Manor House - 141 NE Range Avenue, during schedued pickup times only. Bring help to move, pack, and load your purchases as man power to move your items may not be available. Two pick up days will be avaiable after the auction and listed in the auction details. Scheduling a pick up time with Hickory Hill Auctions after the auction is preferred and will take priority over others, to help stream line checkout and limit congestion. Call 850-228-5228 to schedule your pickup time. If you are unable to attend either of the two pick up days, please contact us and schedule a time. If the buyer and Hickory Hill Auctions are unable to work out a pick up time, all storage fees will be the responsability of the buyer.
