Farm Line of John Pomerening/ Pomerening Farms Discontinueing of Farming Auction. Most equipment has always beed shedded, all well maintained and field ready unless otherwise stated. Items are in SHARP and CLEAN condition. John is retiring from farming and has rented out the farm and buildings.
Cash or bank certified check w/ positive ID. 5% Charge will be added to your total if paying with a CC. Taxes of 5.50% is to apply to some items(Non- Farm Equipment). All inspections are the buyers responsbility. Bidding on any item(s) confirms you have made any & all inspections. No item(s) are to be pick up until paid in full. All items to be picked up with a week of auction ending unless other arrangements have been made and agreed to by all parties. Not responsible for accidents/lost articles or no show items. No guarantee of condition of any and all items on auction. Announcement made on sale day take precedence.

All items are sold as-is and Buyers are responsible and encouraged to inspecting thier own items. If buyer is paying with a credit card a transaction fee of 5% will be charged. All sales are final. Auction company is not liable for any lost, damaged, and stole items. By bidding on items you have made your inspections and are comfortable with items condition and use. All items will need to picked up by Friday December 27th, 2019 unless arrangements with the seller. All remaining items will be discarded after 5:00 pm on Friday Decemebr 27th, 2019 if arrangement are not made and the buyer will be CHARGED of the purchased items.
