A 2 minute bid timer will be used once bids have been established on all individual tracts/combinations/whole. 4. All parcels stay open until the auctioneer says sold. 5. Only the presented combinations will be available for bidding. Online bidders are encourage to use the option of entering their maximum bid. In the event of an interruption in the internet connection, this will ensure that your bids are recognized. The only way your maximum bid will be obtained is if there are other bidders (online or on-site) bidding against you.
