Buyers are responsible for their purchases as soon as the hammer falls. Nutt Auction nor seller are responsible for items left onsite after completion of auction. Loading & removal of all items will be the buyer's responsibility. All items must be removed by September 14, 2019 @ 8:00 am. Items remaining after that time will be deemed abandoned and buyer will relinquish ownership. Auction company will have a 6,000 LB forklift available to assist with load out of light weight items on: Saturday September 7 until 4:00 pm There will be no loading up after dark.
