All items to be subject to 5.50% sales tax. Tax will not be applied on applicable items, with qualified exemption form. Auction company is not liable for any damaged, lost or stolen items. All items are sold as-is and Buyers are responsible and encouraged to inspecting thier own items. If buyer is paying with a credit card a transaction fee of 5% will be charged. All sales are final. Auction company is not liable for any lost, damaged, and stole items. By bidding on items you have made your inspections and are comfortable with items condition and use. All items will need to picked up or shipped by Friday August 23rd at 5:00 pm. All remaining items will be discarded after 5:00 pm on Friday August 23rd if arrangement are not made and the buyer will be CHARGED of the purchased items. ALL SHIPPING & PACKAGING AT BUYERS COSTS.
