IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CALL 724-433-5697 OR 724-691-9446 Liquidation of over 110,000 square ft warehouse building in Robinson/Pittsburgh, PA. Thousands of pieces of pallet racking (different heights), pallet wrapping machine, multiple motion activated roll up doors, generators, large commercial battery chargers, box compactors, commercial compressors and complete office area including all cubicles. The buyers are responsible for the dismantling and removal of their items. Any tools or equipment needed must be brought in by the buyers. Reed's Auction Company will not provide any equipment for the dismantling or removal of any of these items. Please bring any help you may need to properly and safely remove your items. All electrical items will be disconnected by the owner before pick up. Please note that the larger pallet racking will be sold in sections that are parallel to each other. Between the racking is metal sprinkler systems that have been completely turned off. The buyers of the pallet will be responsible for cutting the irrigation pipe free from the racks. The pipe can be left on site after it has been cut loose. We suggest 1,000,000 liability insurance for the day/days the buyer is picking up their items. **DATE CHANGE: THIS ONLINE AUCTIONS ENDS WEDS., SEPTEMBER 4, 2019 @ 7:00pm. The pick-up for this auction will be from SEPTEMBER 5 to SEPTEMBER 7, 2019 from 9:00am to 5:00pm. If extra time is needed to removal your items, we will provide specific additional times during the following week.
1. This online-only auction will begin to close at 7:00 pm on WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 4, 2019. Lots will close approximately every 15 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. at 6:30pm a new, flashing button will appear allowing you to watch the auction close with a live countdown. This allows you to bid on the next 12 items scheduled to close without refreshing the page. 2. THERE WILL BE A 2ND PREVIEW on WEDS., AUGUST 28, 2019 from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM 3. The pick up for this auction will be SEPTEMBER 5 thru SEPTEMBER 7, 2019 from 9:00am-5:00PM at 2260 Roswell Drive, Pittsburgh, PA . If extra time is needed to remove your items, we will provide specific additional times during the following week. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the credit card you have on file will be charged. 4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 6. NOTICE: Reed's Auction Company will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. 7. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110. 10. You will receive an invoice listing the items won.
