REVIEWING YOUR BIDS During an auction you can check the status of your bids at any time. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. AUCTION RECORDS In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to accept as true that the information we have in our records. SOFT CLOSE Items close at regular step intervals. To prevent a bidder from 'sniping', all bids made at the last minute of the auction will force an item to stay open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. STRATEGY We recommend that ALL BIDDERS put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. This does not mean you will have to pay the amount you bid; you only pay one bid more than the next highest bid, and only up to your maximum bid. The software system will play out the bids as you would at a live auction and only use the funds required to beat out the under-bidder at the prescribed bid increment. Must have a valid Visa / Mastercard on file to register and bid. Payments will be processed at the end of each auction in Canadian dollars to the credit card on file. Alternatively, payments can be processed via PayPal or E-Interac with prior arrangement. A note in the "Notes to Auctioneer" at time of registration is sufficient.
PICKUP All items must be picked up at the times posted. We do not have the ability to hold items for you to be picked up at other times. If you cannot pickup at posted times, please do not bid. Items not picked up will be returned to original owner (without refund of any sort) or disposed of at your expense. SHIPPING If you prefer, we can ship your items directly to you across Canada and the US. Pickup and packing fee is minimum $15.95 PER LOT - PLUS Shipping cost.
