Beginning at a set 3/8" rebar with a cap, marked "ESTES 5003", on the South right of way line of Interstate Highway 20 for the Northeast corner of a 0.640 acre tract, surveyed this same day, and the Northwest corner of this tract, from which the Northwest corner of Section 75 bears N82°38'33"W 556.74' and N00°42'33"E 1733.55';
Thence S82°38'33"E, along the South right of way line of said Interstate Highway 20, a distance of 131.47' to a point for the Northwest corner of a 0.805 acre tract, surveyed this same day, and the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence S00°57'21"W a distance of 398.25' to a set 3/8" rebar with a cap, marked "ESTES 5003", for the Southwest corner of said 0.805 acre tract and the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence N88°33'22"W a distance of 140.33' to a set 3/8" rebar with a cap, marked "ESTES 5003", for the Southwest corner of this tract;

Upon auction close 10% of purchase price must be presented by cash, check, money order, or wire transfer no later than Wednesday January 16, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. to C.M. Company Auctions. Remainder of auction cost must be fulfilled at closing. Closing of property will be at Title Office of buyer's choosing within 30 days of auction close. Closing must be fulfilled no later than February 14, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
