Summit Auction Gallery Terms & Conditions This is the 2nd of 2 Estate Coin Sales for one Gentleman's Collection. All items are sold, "As Is - Where Is" without any warranties expressed or implied. Items will be available for preview before each auction for further examination. Our goal is to provide accurate descriptions for all items, but should not be construed as a guarantee in any means. It is the sole duty of our customers to make their final decisions regarding an items description, authenticity, materials, condition and value. Your decision to bid confirms that you have either previewed the items, or are in agreement to the conditions and terms listed above. Most of the items in this auction are being sold without reserve. Reserves when applicable will be set by the auction company in agreement with our consignors and bids will be executed for consignor by the auctioneer. Absentee & Phone Bids are accepted and even encouraged for all of our auctions. Contact us and we will email out the forms to be filled out. Forms must be received no later than 2 hours before auction is scheduled to start so that they can be assigned and noted in auctioneers book. Phone bidders will be contacted before auction starts, and need to provide a reliable phone number to be reached at. Every attempt to reach phone bidders will be made, but there is no guarantee if you cannot be reached by phone. Bidding Increments will be followed throughout the auction without exception and is as follows: $0 - $30 by $1 $30 - $50 by $2 $50 - $100 by $5 $100 - $200 by $10 $200 - $500 by $25 $500 - $1,000 by $50 $1,000 - $2,000 by $100 $2,000 - $5,000 by $250 $5,000 - $10,000 by $500 $10,000 - $20,000 by $1,000 $20,000 - $50,000 by $2,000 $50,000 + Auction Discretion Buyer's Premium will be applied at a rate of $18% of your entire purchase. Invoicing & Payments Invoicing will follow after the auction is complete. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the auction date. All non-paying bidders on day 8 will be charged a $25 late fee. Any invoices unpaid by the 14th day will be charged $10 per item on top of the original late fee. Bidders will be filed on for non-payment of invoices. We accept Cash, Credit Card, Paypal & Wire Transfers as methods of payment. All online invoices over $5,000 must be paid via wire transfer and every international invoice over $1,000 must be paid via wire transfer. Disputes will be filed on all non=paying bidders after the 1st week, and after two weeks items will be forfeited. Shipping Shipping for this one auction will be handled by the auction house and charged as follows: $5 for the first winning bid, and $1 for each additional item won. The max you will pay however will be $20 for any and all items purchased in our sale. Orders over $50 will be charged actual insurance charges to cover the value of their order. Sales Tax will be collected for all in state bidders that do not provide valid Texas resale certificate.
