A $200 deposit will be required in order to get a bid card number. The deposit is refundable if no bids are won.
There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all items. Payment must be made in full before the bidder leaves the auction site.
All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever.
All vehicles, tractors, and equipment should be inspected carefully by a qualified professional before operating, and all vehicles must have insurance before they can be driven off the auction site.
Those paying with cash can pick up their vehicle titles on the Friday after the auction.
All items must be removed from the auction site on the day of the auction by 5pm. City and the Auction Company will not be responsible for items not picked up by 5pm on the day of the auction.
Absentee bids for certain items may be placed on the internet, however this is done as a courtesy for auction patrons who cannot be at the live auction. Bidders fully understand that the internet and the computer system must be fully functional at the time of the auction, otherwise internet absentee bids may be lost or unavailable at the time of the auction. In the event that the bids are not available at the time of the auction, the auctioneer must rely fully on live bidders who are at the auction, and at such time the absentee bids will become void. As a general rule, a tie bid between an absentee or internet bidder is awarded to the bidder who is present at the auction. There is a 5% convenience fee charged to all winning internet bids, including absentee bids.
