Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. The home is getting listed first thing Monday morning. Items not picked up by 3pm on Saturday NOVEMBER 10th will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Company.
