-By bidding in this auction, you are consenting to the following terms, so please read carefully: -All potential buyers must register online at bontragerauction.com or bontragerauction.hibid.com and follow instructions for registering. -Registered buyers will be required to forward proof of funds, bank letter of credit, proof of savings or a pre-qualification letter from your bank by Friday Oct. 19 at noon, no exceptions. This can be faxed to Bontrager Real Estate & Auction Service at 585-343-4530 or emailed to todd@bontragerauction.com. Failure to provide this documentation could result in bid nullifcation. -Property will be sold "As-Is". There are no exceptions to this clause, including but not limited to compliance with any local, state, or federal government regulations. Fixtures are sold in "As-Is" condition. No warranties, guarantees, or representations are implied by the seller or seller's agent. -Property sells as per deed description. -Property will be sold subject to the owner's acceptance of the final bid. -10% buyer's premium added to the final bid, resulting in purchase price -Upon acceptance of the final bid, $15,000 deposit is required in cash, or certified bank draft or funds (no personal checks are accepted). -Upon acceptance of the final bid, the contract of sale (which has already been reviewed by the seller's attorney) will be signed by all parties, and becomes a legal binding contract.
