There will be absolutely no charge backs on credit card payments. 2) All merchandise must be removed (or shipping arranged) no later than Sunday, October 21st, 4:00 p.m. MDT. Buyers are solely responsible for removal of their purchases. Auctioneer will arrange for shipping at the request and expense of the Buyer. 3) All property is sold as is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The auction company is working solely on behalf of the seller. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, functionality, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of the auction merchandise. United Country - Shobe Auction & Realty may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction BUT MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS. In no event shall United Country - Shobe Auction & Realty be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. BIDDER SHALL BE THE SOLE JUDGE OF VALUE. Bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase.
