Description
We have been commissioned by the United States Bankruptcy Court to auction off the assets of United Home Care, Inc., via an online only internet auction that will begin to close on Monday, October 8, 2018 at 2pm. We will auction off three real estate properties as well as all movables.
Real Estate: The Buyer's Premium is due no later than 10AM on October 9, 2018 by bank wire or certified funds and is not refundable unless Seller cannot deliver an insurable title at closing. Closing must take place within 30 days and the balance will be due at that time. All properties are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind whatsoever and with all of thier faults. Buyers are encouraged to inspect properties carefully before placing a bid. Inspections must be done in advance of the auction. Properties will be open for inspection on the morning of the auction from 9am to 12pm only. For furniture and movable assets: There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all items. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. There will only be one pickup day for this auction, which is Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 9am to 4pm. Payment Terms
Real Estate: The 10% Buyer's Premium is due on the day of the auction and is not refundable. Payment must be made by wire transfer or certified funds. The balance will be due at closing, which must take place within 30 days of the auction.
