This is a great consignment auction held on August 18, 2018 at 9 am. We are offering online bidding for certain items which will close prior to the sale on August 16, 2018 at 8 pm. A 10% buyers premium will apply to all online purchases. All items are sold "as-is". No refunds or returns. All sales are final. We will be notifying winning bidders at conclusion of the live auction on August 18, 2018. Payment is by cash, PA check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover same as cash.
Auction Terms & Conditions 1. The online bidding will close at 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 16, 2018. 2. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 3. We reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 4. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium for those bidding online. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110. 5. You will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment is due at the time of pick up. Credit cards and cash are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the credit card you have on file will be charged. 6. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. 7. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. 8. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted.
