Internet pre-bids are welcome. Live bidding will not begin until Monday February 19, 2018 at 5:00PM. There will be an 18% BP charged on top of the hammer price and then a 6% sales tax for each item won through internet bidding. Buyer will also be charged a shipping and handling fee, to be determined individually. Every item being sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantee of any kind. All Sales are final. Full terms and BP explanations will be disclosed live on location the day of the sale. After we finish finalizing internet bids and correcting any techinal issues on our end, we will email a preliminary invoice to winning bidders. At that time the Buyer is expected to contact us and let us know if they will be picking up their purchases or requiring shipment. If a buyer is picking up, we will email a final invoice. If shipment is required, we will pack/weigh the purchses and calculate shipping and handling fees, and email a final invoice. Payment will be expected withing 1 business day. We will ship packages withing 7-10 business days. Online purchasers must contact W. Wachter Auctions & Associates, to submit their payment, before items are shipped. After receiving payment, purchases will be shipped within 7-10 business days.

Before a bid can be placed, all Bidders must first complete the "Buyer Registration" form. All submitted information must be accurate and current, and it is the duty of the Bidder to keep his or her information updated whenever necessary. Registered credit cards will not be charged unless the registrant becomes the Buyer. All registered credit cards will be subject to a USD$1.00 fee to validate the card.

Upon registration, the Bidder warrants that they are of legal age in their country and have read and understood all of the following terms and conditions listed above and below, which apply to all auctions conducted by us and any Bidders/Buyers in said auctions. PRIVACY POLICY We reserve the right to: cancel bids and/or restrict the use of our site; refuse service to anyone at any time; add or remove items at any point in the auction; revise descriptions of the items if a change needs to be made; ban users for violating our terms and conditions; hold items until the payment has been cleared; withdraw any item and to re-offer the item at another time; resell any items that have not been paid in full by the payment deadline. We are not responsible for the misinterpretation or misunderstanding of items and/or descriptions, if any, by the bidder; it is the bidder''s responsibility to understand the item thoroughly before bidding. In any cases of dispute, our decision is final. All legal matters will be settled as per Maryland State law and the Bidder/Buyer consents that the venue be located in Carroll County Maryland . All items are sold on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis, with all faults. We make every effort to represent all items clearly and accurately in photographs and descriptions and will indicate any major defects on an item when it is know by us.
Some items may have a Reserve. In this case, items with a Reserve cannot be won until a bid has reached the Reserve price. These items will be clearly marked and identified. In the event that a picture and description do not match, the description takes precedence. If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering and/or shipping items to the Buyer, our liability shall only be limited to the sum that was paid.
SOFT CLOSE POLICY (Where applicable-INTERNET ONLY AUCTION. Does not apply to LIve w/Internet Bidding) In the event that a bid is placed on an item in the final minutes of an auction sale, the auction will automatically be extended for an additional 3 minutes to prevent 'auction sniping'. The extension will continue until all the bids have stopped.
CONDITION OF ITEMS We accept consignments as they are given to us. We assume that box contents are what is listed on the box. We make no guarantees that lots are described in perfect accuracy, We take every effort to accurately describe all items offered in its sales, We do not provide warranty for labour and craftmanship on jewelry and watches. We have knowledgeable staff to provide as accurate description as possible using the knowledge of our staff. ** Returns are not accepted; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By placing a bid, the bidder/buyer has signified that the description of the item(s) in question is satisfactory and will not be entitled to make any objections after the sale. SALES TAX out of state bidders are not subject to any tax in Maryland .
PAYMENT AND INVOICING
In order for us to coreect any techincal issues and finalize internet winning bids/invoices... Invoices will be sent by email the next business day and orders will be shipped (unless a pick up only auction) within 7-10 business days after payment is received. All payments are accepted in US funds. Bidder/Buyer is responsible for keeping their credit card up to date and ensuring the necessary funds is available on their card.
ATTENTION: INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS International Buyers are responsible for paying all customs, duties, and taxes in their countries.
PICK UP ONLY ONLINE AUCTION all items must be paid in full prior to pick up with a credit card and a paid receipt or you can pay cash when picking up. No other times will be allotted for pick up.
