Join us in August for a HUGE two-day farm, heavy equipment, truck & trailer auction at our Wynne, AR permanent auction yard! Multiple dealer trade-ins, complete farm dispersals and MUCH more. Due to restrictions on crowd sizes regarding the COVID-19 virus, this auction will be an ONLINE-ONLY auction. For questions, please call our office at 870-238-1400.
AUCTION TERMS: All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS. I This auction has been shifted to and ONLINE-ONLY auction due to restrictions concerning crowd sizes and the COVID-19 virus. All bidders must register and place bids online. A credit card is required to register for online bidding. Nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangments within 48 hours of the auction close. No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified. **NOTE**: The auction will need to end before items can be invoiced and then paid for / picked up. We will be open all day on Saturday, August 15 for payment and pickup of purchases, then Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm as normal afterwards. ITEM REMOVAL: Loadout will be available on Saturday, 8/15/20, 8am-5pm then Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm daily. All items are to be removed within 30 days from date of sale. After 30 days storage will accumulate at a rate of $10 per calendar day. After 120 days the item(s) will be considered abandoned in place and no refunds or compensation will be issued TAXES/FEES: 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. 10% Buyer's premium on first $2,500 and 2% on the balance of each item. 5% Administrative fee on all credit card purchases. All purchases must be paid for in full by 5pm on Monday, August 17. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, personal or company check accompanied by a bank letter of guaranty (for new buyers only), cashiers check, any major credit card. Bank letters must be addressed to Witcher Auctions, dated for 8/13/20 and state a specific amount to be guaranteed, NO EXCEPTIONS. Bank letters must be verified by Witcher Auctions during normal banking hours. No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
Loadout will be available on Saturday, 8/15/20, 8am-5pm then Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm daily. Items not removed within 30 days from end of auction may be assessed daily storage fees. Items not removed within 120 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Witcher Auctions LLC Loading dock available on-site. Loaders available on site. Loading is free. Equipment disassembly is available at a rate of $75 per hour. Dual removal is free.
