A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchased lots. Check, cash, or Visa/Mastercard accepted as payment upon pick up. 3% charge on all credit card purchases. Must pay at local pick up on Friday, December 22nd, from 10AM to 5PM at 606 E. Booth Rd. FFL on staff. All firearms will be transferred in compliance with ATF guidelines. Must pass a background check. We do not guarantee your background check. If you fail your background check, you are responsible to cover all costs Cargile Auctions or our clients incur. State and Federal Laws apply. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
