RARE TEXAS RANGER COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY REVOLVER OWNED BY TEXAS RANGER Thomas E. ”Eddie” Almond. A rare opportunity to own a piece of Ranger History! A Colt Single Action Revolver, Texas Rangers Special Edition issued in 1984. Only 94 units of this very special Colt SAA were produced for the 94 commissioned Texas Rangers at that time and were delivered upon seniority within the Ranger force. This is SN SA5874, Cal. 45 Long Colt, 4.75” barrel blue finish with case hardened frame and black hard rubber Eagle stocks. “TEXAS RANGERS” is engraved in block style down the back strap and “55” hand engraved with flush silver inlay at the base depicting the order of seniority. Condition is NIB. Comes with a Colt Historical letter and the original box numbered to gun. This was the personal pistol of Texas Ranger Thomas E. ”Eddie” Almond, who entered the Ranger Service November 1, 1977 and retired September 30, 1993.

Ultra rare classic Colt Single Action Army Model P Peacemaker Revolver. One of a kind, never to be duplicated again. A tribute to the Texas Rangers from Colt's manufacturing custom shop. Colt SAA Serial Number FTRF001: Confirmed documentation that this revolver realized a high bid of $19,000.00 at auction at the Silver Stars and Six Guns Gala in 2006.
