FIBER RECLAIM /FILTRATION SYSTEM System was designed to remove small and fine particle fibers produced during the normal producing of four garnetts. SECTIONS: 1 (60”) main filtration system trunk line connecting all 4 lines with each garnett line’s opening, middle and finishing sections. Reclaimed fiber is returned to its condenser. All fine particle is sent to the rotary-drum air cleaner. 4 Fiber reclaim section is placed over each line’s opening & breaker of 20/30 garnett sections. Reclaimed fiber sent back to each condenser/hopper for recycling. 4 (20/30) filtration section removes fine particles from blending, condenser, hopper, & 20/30 sections and is sent through main 60” filtration trunk line that feeds into the primary/rotary-drum filter. This filter section is divided into 2 cleaning sections: primary rotary screen, secondary rotating drum. The primary filter collects small particle fibers using a rotary screen vacuum that transfer it to a turn-screw bag compactor. The secondary filter removes the fine particles using a rotary drum filter system.
